Sebastian Again

Did the original lines found here. I ended up relining it because the original lines just didn't want to work for the way I color. I was totally not trying to be offensive by relining this.

Anyway, I recently got a hold of PaintTool Sai and wanted to test it out. The main reason I colored this was because I wanted to play with the hair and eyes. xD
